Godfred Donsah came on in the 46^th minute as Cagliari lost 0-2 at home to Chievo. Isaac Cofie was an unused sub for the visitors.

Joseph Alfred Duncan played 55 minutes as Sampdoria went away to beat Hellas Verona 3-1. He was yellow-carded in the 43 minute.

Derek Boateng played the entire game as Eibar hosted and beat Thomas Teye Partey’s (90 minutes) Almería 5-2. Boateng was shown a yellow card in the 70^th minute while Partey was shown a yellow card in the 53^rd minute.

John Antwi opened the scoring and helped Ismaily to a 2-1 away win over Asyouty Sport. This was the 2013/14 Top Scorer’s 9^th league goal of the season.

It was a rather slow week in terms of Ghanaian activity as most leagues have gone on break, releasing their players for their respective national teams’ duty.
